1. Processing objects and requirements:

1.1 Purpose:The machine is mainly used for polishing stainless steel, alumium plate, sheet and flat surface etc. The two sides polishing and buffing.

Grinding head mechanism:

According to the grinding and polishing requirements of the workpiece, and the process characteristics, we choose the abrasive belt and grinding wheel as the grinding material. The function of the grinding head is to support the abrasive belt (grinding wheel) and drive the abrasive belt (grinding wheel) to rotate at a high speed to grind the workpiece. The motor power is transmitted to the grinding head through the V-belt drive, and directly drives the abrasive belt (grinding wheel) to rotate and polish the workpiece at high speed. The grinding head has a constant pressure function. It is composed of support mechanism, belt power drive mechanism, grinding wheel and grinding wheel shaft system, belt pneumatic tensioning mechanism, floating mechanism, pneumatic knife lifting mechanism, installation slide plate and so on. The grinding head adopts two groups and the grinding wheels are installed opposite to each other. According to the different grinding requirements of the workpiece, the grinding head can be ground with an abrasive belt (grinding wheel).
