Product Overview

High Precision Sheet Metal Roller Levelers

ADV machinery's line of roller levelers provides excellent leveling results, leading to flat sheet metal and parts relieved of internal stresses.

Mian structure

The structure is composed of a main beam, support rollers, and leveling rollers. The main beam is made of cast steel and welded structure. The upper and lower specially made support rollers support each leveling roller in turn to prevent the leveling roller from bending and deforming after being stressed.

Hydraulic series leveling machine

The hydraulic leveling machine mainly provides power through the hydraulic system to drive multiple leveling rollers to move up and down, thereby repeatedly bending the metal sheet to achieve the leveling effect.

Mechanical series leveling machine

The mechanical leveling machine mainly provides power through the mechanical transmission system to drive the leveling roller to level the metal sheet.

Advanced Cleaning System
