Main purpose:

This machine is mainly used for grinding and polishing plates.It uses a buffing wheel to get the best finish. At the same time,the installation, operation, and maintenance is simple and convenient, move-aided time is short, and low labor intensity

 

Working principle of the workbench:

1. Maximum unilateral stroke of the worktable: 600mm

2. The worktable performs reciprocating motion, and the number of reciprocation can be set according to the polishing effect.

3. The reciprocating stroke of the worktable can be adjusted

Consumables used: sandpaper, hemp wheel, cloth wheel, nylon wheel

1.with sandpaper to sweep the scratch line and sand-holes on the surface of the work piece
2.with sisal/hemp wheel to get Matt finishing of the metal sheet surface.
3.with hard/soft cloth wheel to get mirror finishing
usually sisal/hemp wheel matches purple polishing wax; hard cloth wheel matches green buffing wax; soft cloth wheel matches white buffing wax.
