This machine is mainly used for surface vibration pattern processing of various non-ferrous flat metals (industrial panels above 3mm need to be processed to 8K or polished to 400# with abrasive belts). According to the processing purpose, grinding wheels are used for polishing. It can be operated in PLC program, with the characteristics of less time and high processing efficiency.

It is formed by the irregular up and down and left and right swing of the grinding head. It has a unique visual effect. From a distance, it is a circle of spiral patterns, and from a close view, it is a chaotic pattern. The stainless steel random pattern plate has stronger wear resistance, scratch resistance and anti-fingerprint performance than ordinary stainless steel plates due to its special surface texture. Compared with common plates such as frosted plates and brushed plates, stainless steel random pattern plates are obviously more high-end and outstanding.
