1.This equipment is used for grinding and polishing (matte,bright) the outer surface of the round tube with diameter 10-150 mm.
2.Maximum working lenght without support 1500 mm (If the length is greater than 1.5m,additional tube feeding racks are required).
3.According to the customer's requirements for the surface roughness and brightness of the workpiece, abrasive belts or polishing wheels can be used.
4.It can also be used in combination with multiple sets of grinding heads.

Electric motor with electronic braking
The electric motor of the grinding head is equipped with an electronic braking board that intervenes by pressing the emergency button allowing a timely stop of the machine and ensuring greater safety for the operator.
Adjustable feed speed
The hoses are fed by means of a grooved rubber wheel mounted on a gear motor with mechanical variator to adjust the feed speed from 1 to 5 m/min.
Water coolant system
The coolant system (water + grinding oil) is equipped with a collection tank with a capacity of 50 liters, an electric pump for continuous recirculation in the machine, a filtering system for cleaning the coolant before being reused.
