Equipped with 8 sets of high-speed rotating abrasive discs, increasing the number of abrasive discs by 12.5% and the effective working length by 23%, achieving 360° deburring and edge rounding without blind spots.
r Station (Polishing Roller Brush):
Equipped with a high-performance roller brush, specifically designed for surface brushing (Satin/Hairline) treatment of stainless steel and aluminum, providing a uniform and consistent decorative texture.
Automatic thickness measurement system:
Features automatic positioning, automatically senses the thickness of the sheet material, and has a positioning accuracy tolerance of ±0.01mm.
Intelligent parameter storage:
The PLC supports process reporting, abrasive wear compensation, and remote control functions, enabling traceability of production data.
Variable frequency linkage control:
Each workstation is equipped with an independent frequency converter, allowing for adjustment of the optimal speed based on different materials.
Independent bearing mounting plate:
Designed for easy maintenance and adjustment, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance.
